China Association for Science and Technology: FCPAE Europe (Belgium) Haizhi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base (ACEIE) was established in 2016. The base is backed by all European Association of Chinese professionals, composed of 63 professional associations and more than 20000 high-level professional members. The institutions in the association are all over the economically developed countries in Europe. It is a gathering place for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Europe. Based on the knowledge advantages of European professionals, driven by innovation and based on service quality and efficiency, we explore and promote projects and talents and strive to develop and promote China's EU cooperation. Based on the European Science Park and all European Association of Chinese professionals, we gather multiple partners in Europe and China, give full play to the role of European professional institutions and contacts at home and abroad, and establish a solid and efficient cooperation platform. We take innovation as the guide, promote the internationalization needs of enterprises, take professional services as the means, take the cooperation between Chinese and foreign enterprises as the model, give full play to the vitality advantages of European professionals, and build a platform for China Europe overseas innovation resources.
